Novel Approach Consulting Group delivers: rigorous, interactive staff
development sessions that provide teachers with the project-based learning
tools and an easy to implement work-flow system that promote standards-based
instruction in diverse K-12 classrooms. Our work is grounded in
Partnership for 21st Century Skills and looks targets full participation in
a global economy.
We demand a great deal of the teachers who attend our sessions. The way we organize our coaching programs mimics the way we teach in our classrooms. We will guide you through best PBL practices but we expect all attendees to emerge from our coaching sessions with a project that will run in their classroom.
We also demand a great deal of the schools and organizations that work with us. We have found through years of experience that simply offering drive-by coaching in PBL isn't enough. Teachers need ongoing support. Therefore, we look for partners who want to establish relationships that support teaching and learning.
